GETEC kauft Imtech Contracting GmbH<\/h1>\n

Die Magdeburger GETEC GRUPPE hat den Zuschlag f\u00fcr den Erwerb der Imtech Contracting GmbH, einer Tochter der in Insolvenz befindlichen Imtech Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, erhalten. Darauf einigten sich Vertreter beider Unternehmen und der vorl\u00e4ufige Insolvenzverwalter in Hamburg. Der Erwerb steht noch unter dem Vorbehalt der Zustimmung durch das Kartellamt.<\/div>\n

Neuer Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der Imtech Contracting GmbH wird Willy Gr\u00f6zinger. Bereits seit 1993 realisiert die Imtech Contracting GmbH f\u00fcr ihre Kunden europaweit die Energieversorgung in Form von unterschiedlichen Contracting-Modellen. Das umfassende Dienstleistungsangebot hat Imtech zu einem wichtigen Wegbereiter auf dem deutschen Markt der Energiedienstleistung gemacht. Die Imtech Contracting GmbH verzeichnete 2014 einen Umsatz von rund 60 Mio. Euro und besch\u00e4ftigt etwa 130 Mitarbeiter. GETEC wurde 1993 in Magdeburg gegr\u00fcndet und bildet inzwischen mit ihren Tochter- und Beteiligungsgesellschaften das gesamte Spektrum an Energiedienstleistungen im liberalisierten Strom- und Gasmarkt ab. Der Konzern besch\u00e4ftigt 1.000 Mitarbeiter und erwirtschaftete im Jahr 2014 eine Gesamtleistung von 721. Mio.
